Charleston Covid Update AND The 12 Days of Christmas Starts NOW!

Happy Tuesday.

I realize that the news out there remains grim. Covid numbers are skyrocketing, not surprising because of Thanksgiving, the return home of college students, increasing travel. Another factor is Covid fatigue, which means people are letting their guard down.

Given the super high daily new cases, my advice is to go about your day assuming those around you have Covid, meaning wear your masks and socially distance.

However, there is some good news

First, the hospitals are NOT busting at the seams. We have to keep our fingers crossed that the hospitals do not become over-burdened. The overall census did rise a little over the last week in the Roper system, again not surprising, especially as it is flu season and the busiest time of the year for elective surgery.

However, the ventilator and ICU numbers are pretty steady, the hospitals are able to handle the current demands, and let's hope things stay this way!

Remember, the original purpose of the lockdowns was to prevent the hospitals from becoming overwhelmed. The vaccines are close, really close to being available. Let's hang in there, and in the meantime, protect yourselves and those most vulnerable.

And here's some more good news. As of today we are starting something new...12 days of Christmas!

Each day we will have a new special. We are starting it today because we are closed on the weekends. For our Xmas kickoff, we are offering $150 off of all permanent makeup. We will have 11 more amazing specials, so keep tuned to meet you skin care needs, and they are great gift ideas, too!

Today through December 30th. Take advantage of this special for $150 off all permanent makeup, including: microblading for brows, eyeliner or lip blush. Call 843-375-0270 to schedule your treatment

We may even have a filler special! Over the last month or so, I've actually had a lot of requests for filler to the nose in lieu of nasal surgery/rhinoplasty as a little fun fact for the day!

Anyway, I hope everyone has a great week! Let's keep the holiday spirit alive this season, and remember, 2020 is almost over!
